Shabu Shabu for dinner....

This is what we had for dinner tonight hotpot or to some it's called shabu shabu meaning

shabu-shabu
[SHAH-boo SHAH-boo]
A Japanese dish consisting of raw meat (usually paper-thin slices of beef) and raw vegetables cooked by each diner at the table in a pot of hot broth. The freshly cooked ingredients can be dipped into a variety of sauces provided for additional flavor. Once the meat and vegetables have been cooked and eaten, the broth, sometimes with noodles added, is then served. The name is said to come from the sound that's made as the meat is gently swished through the broth.)

This picture is already the end result of the night... we had vegetable's, meats, seafood, vermicelli, rice noodles, radish, Chinese meatball, fish ball and more....
oh my yummy yummy.....

Yeah, my lines are not that straight....

Do you think it looks good for a little 4 year old boy?

Hairbows.....

I can't say that I am a very crafty person but... I love to learn new things and turn what I learn into beautiful things for my house and kids. No matters if it's an arts project with my kids, or a Halloween costume, scrap booking, sewing and even home decorating I'm all for learning something new everyday...

Here is my new passion for hairbows.... It's not completed yet (it take awhile for my brain to come up with creative ideas....)

Ribbons from Walmart after Halloween last year....(at 90%)

Thanks to Targets dollar bin (at 75%)

Here's the funny thing my daughter is 11 so she passes the stage of wearing hair bows .... and Ethan and Skylar... well don't think dad would appreciate his boys wearing anything on their head except for hats....

So after I completed my bows, I will be going on to my next project by Cindy at My Romantic Home. I probably won't be doing seashells.... Don't know what but will get my brain working and will post soon....
